Why is it that BoingBoing is always there when I need it?

“As a practical matter, no ‘limited’ proposal can prevent Internet distribution of the copyrighted work.”

Since I am currently working for a library, this paper will (hopefully) get across the point I’ve been trying to make to my co-workers. Especially considering the copyright specter has begun to raise it’s evil head here.
