This is anti-piracy:
“Anti-piracy centre opens in Kenya
A maritime rescue centre, designed to provide a rapid response to acts of piracy and accidents at sea, has been launched in the Kenyan port of Mombasa.”
This is not:
“Today’s pirates operate not on the high seas but on the Internet, in illegal CD factories, distribution centers, and on the street.”
“‘Piracy’ generally refers to the illegal duplication and distribution of sound recordings.”
Maybe it’s just me, but that first link seems to indicate that today’s pirates DO operate on the high seas. But hey, the RIAA would never lie.
